Aims and objectives:
This society was established in 2003 under the name “Kondur P Ramaiah Educational Society” with aims and objectives to promote the study and dissemination of knowledge in the areas of Management, Biotechnology, Health, Infrastructure, Banking and Insurance, Environment, Community Development and the areas relative there to.
The focus now has been shifted to the biggest challenge in India, especially in Telangana in the present times – Medical and Health.
It is every citizen’s responsibility to contribute to the well-being of our society, especially in our newly-formed state, and in support of Sri Kalvakuntla Chandra Sekhar Rao garu, our beloved Chief Minister’s vision of a “Bangaru Telangana” or “Golden State of Telangana”. The prosperity of any state can only be achieved if there is an air of health and well-being of its people.
The highly lauded government programs introduced by our chief minister like “Mission Kakatiya”, “Telangana Water Grid”, “Haritha Haaram”, “Swachh Hyderabad”, etc. all point towards conserving Mother Nature and reap the long-term benefits for generations to come. With ever-growing number of patients and newer diseases every other day, time has come to provide safe and efficient systems of medicine and adapt to the present health scenario in terms of affordability too.
While finding new solutions to simplify living conditions, there has been a retrograde development in the areas of medicine and health. So, it is decided to take up medical education as the main activity as there is a dire need for doctors with fewer medical colleges and costlier medical education, and aspiring students travel to other states for admissions.
And “Shreyaan-Ishaan Educational Society” was formed.
The Society with the new name and a dynamic executive body aims to adapt, develop, plan, promote and conduct research in the prime area of Homeopathic Medical Education by establishing an institution and impart knowledge and skills for the advancement/enhancement of capabilities among the youth of the nation by offering courses on full-time, part-time and distance learning basis.

The society, under Santosh Kumar Joginipally, MD, T News Channel, as the President, and Dr. Umesh Akkaladevi, BHMS, a successful homeopathic practitioner as General Secretary, envisioned this esteemed project and execute a systematic plan of making it to the top institutions in India and abroad.

Rohini Joginipally, a graduate in B. Tech (Computer Science), an innovative entrepreneur and the ‘woman power’ behind the success of her husband, Santosh Kumar Joginipally.
Padmaja Akkaladevi, an experienced counsellor and a successful entrepreneur, with whose support and encouragement Dr. Umesh reached this peak in his career.
Raviteja Akkaladevi, a postgraduate in Pharmacy, a young human sciences enthusiast and well versed with the present trends in clinical trials.
Dr. Sandeep Racha, an experienced homeopathic practitioner who is known for his patient-friendly attitude and a cracker of many hard-to-cure diseases.
Dr. Ramadevi Moodududla, also a successful homeopathic practitioner with fair knowledge and exposure to the trending medical advancements
